"Bridging the gender gap in business and in employment through advocacy and intentional mentorship of the next generation."
Gender parity in Kenyan entrepreneurship is a significant challenge,
77,500 (31%) out of approximately 250,000 registered MSMEs in 2022
are female-owned businesses, most of these female led businesses are
in Nairobi. 54,250 (70%) fail within five years. We aim to incubate formal female led enterprises to bridge this gap.
A lot of social issues stem for lack of financial freedom for women girls
and other under privileged people. From lack of primary healthcare to
teenage pregnancy and the more prevalent gender based violence stem
from the lack of financial freedom .
We doing our part in treating the root cause not just the symptoms.
