Incubating female owned businesses in the SME and MSME sector getting them to professionalize and compete in the formal sector. We currently have women in manufacturing, textile ,Coaching and psychosocial support, Construction, Banking and Micro finance as well as Civil society as well as curative medicine and health.
We coach women and Girls into mid-management to C-Suit levels in various industries as part of our jump to get women in decision making spaces. We collaborate with ICF coaches as well a strong technical team to equip women and girls get to C-suit before should they decide to get into employment.
